AI assistance, openly disclosed
AI has helped create and revise this website’s code, text and translations. AI-assisted material can contain errors, omissions or outdated information. This notice describes the service as implemented on the date above; it does not certify the accuracy of external websites.
How ordinary search works
The Web3 tab searches our own index of accessible website text. The index grows over time and does not cover every Web3 website. Ordinary text search is separate from generative AI. Suggested keywords come from indexed content, rather than a personal search history. Sponsored placements and showcase examples are separate from organic search ranking.
Optional AI answers and image search
Choosing “AI answer” sends your question, language and excerpts of indexed pages to Cloudflare Workers AI to produce a short response with source links. Image search sends a reduced image to Workers AI to identify visual subjects and suggest search terms; it is not an exact reverse-image match or an identity-verification tool. These features run when you request them. Generated answers may be inaccurate, and a citation does not mean every claim is supported: open and check the sources.
What data is processed
Search terms reach this service to retrieve results; hosting and security services process technical request data. The application does not create a personal search-history database. The AI-answer and image-analysis functions do not save your submitted question or image in the application database, but this is not a promise of zero processing or zero retention by infrastructure providers. Indexed public content, website submissions and paid showcase orders are distinct records; orders can include a public wallet address, transaction reference and submitted content. Blockchain transactions are public and cannot be erased by this site.
External sites and services
Opening a result or an ecosystem link takes you to another service, which may process your IP address and other technical data under its own terms. Cloudflare hosts the service and processes optional AI requests. Domain resolution and content access can involve Freename, ENS resolvers, IPFS gateways and the destination host. Web3Search does not control the privacy practices or content of those destinations.
Protect your information
Do not submit passwords, recovery phrases, private keys, identity documents, payment-card details or sensitive personal information. Use public search terms and only images you are entitled to share. Reading public content does not require a wallet. A wallet request on a destination website belongs to that website: check the address and the transaction before approving anything.
Automation and your choices
These tools help you find or open public content. They are not designed to make decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects. GDPR Article 22 concerns those effects; it does not prohibit every automated search or technical filter. You choose which result to open and whether to use any optional feature.
Privacy rights and transparency
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing and complain to the competent supervisory authority, subject to the applicable conditions. This technical notice does not replace the factual information required for each personal-data processing activity, including its legal basis, recipients and retention. AI Act obligations depend on the system and the organisation’s role; an AI notice alone does not establish compliance.
Limits and responsibility
A result, a resolved domain or an AI answer is not a guarantee of ownership, accuracy, legality, security or investment value. External content and availability can change. Verify sources before relying on them; seek a suitably qualified professional for legal, financial, tax or other specialist decisions. The use of AI does not remove the site operator’s responsibilities or your mandatory rights.
